Do you guarantee item availability? While we do our best to locate requested items, Disney merchandise availability can change. We’ll communicate with you immediately if items are unavailable and suggest alternatives. We do not offer refunds if the item you requested is unavailable after we have conducted a search.
Do you search the parks for items before I pay the service fee? A service fee is required to search for the item. We will search the park for your requested item after the service fee is paid. Please note that if the item is unavailable, sold out, or out of stock, no refund will be issued. The service fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and effort involved in locating the item.

Do you deliver to Disney World resorts while I’m on vacation? Yes! We deliver to guests staying at Disney World resorts as well as hotels and vacation rentals throughout the Orlando area. If you’re visiting Walt Disney World, you can place an order with WDWshoppers and have your items delivered during your stay, so you can spend more time enjoying your vacation and less time shopping.
Can I request an alternative item if my original choice isn’t available? Yes! If your requested item is unavailable, you’re welcome to suggest an alternative. Our shoppers will also send photos of similar items available in the park to help you choose. For quick pick-up services, we do not travel to a different park if the item isn’t in the original location. However, we’ll always do our best to recommend great alternatives so you don’t miss out.
Can I text you an item or wish list without placing an order first? Absolutely! You’re welcome to text us your wish list, specific items, or any questions you have before placing an order. Our shoppers are in the parks daily and are always happy to help.
Can I get an estimate for shipping before placing my order? Yes! We’re happy to provide a shipping estimate before you place your order. Please keep in mind that it is only an estimate, as final shipping costs depend on factors like package weight, size, and destination ZIP code. For example, if you order multiple items—especially with our double park power-up—the total weight or shape of the package may affect the final cost. We’ll always do our best to give you an accurate estimate for both shipping and item costs, so there are no surprises!
